Nothing Else So Go To Our Show

Seriously! Okay, okay, you can go hear Heidi Krenn and Steve Sweeting presenting the music of Richard Rogers at Twocities gallery (50 Moganshan Lu bldg. 0, 2F) at 7:30 (free), or the Shanghai Youth Piano Competition at the Oriental Arts Center (425 Dingxiang Lu near the Science and Technology Museum) also at 7:30 (tickets from 80 to 680 RMB), BUT make sure you get to our show on time. No stopping for drinks or food!

If you missed these guys rock the shit out of JZ at the Music Fest afterparty on Sunday then you have to go. Sorry I never wrote the preview of the 18th by the way, I was really busy last weekend. It’s too bad too because our band was the best band ever to play music. Anyway, starch play super fun, danceable funk with a little bit of a disco/Justice/Daft Punk type relentless groove, and they really just don’t stop. In a good way.

Scorpio: Yu Guo and The Honeys

Shanghai stalwarts The Honeys and Yu Guo rock and melodize the shit out of everyone. Also, an epic flyer. But seriously, these guys were doing this shit before it was cool. They are the real shit. Go and learn about what it means to truly be a rock dude.

Go to Babyface or Richy

Drinking beers in Fuxing Park a few days watching people go in and out of Richy I thought to myself “I can’t believe I’ve lived here so long and never gone there or Babyface.” I’ve heard it’s very similar to Tron, but with drinking and top 40 from the 90’s and beyond. So go get laserfied.

I am the judge of this contest and I tell you what Mike has said is not true! These explanations as to which band would win in a fight need to be either well-reasoned or completely over the top fantasy. You must weigh in with the heaviest opinion!
