The Illumin8tors "Drought"



The bare feet multi dimensionally creative group The Illumin8tors is back with a new song to begin the road to their next production Vessel, a dance homage to water. “Drought” is the seventh featured state of water, it tells the story of a fish, played by Catlin Smith, dying on dry land.

The soundtrack of this production goes around the eight energy states of water inspired in the I-Ching hexagrams and it is being composed by Adam Gaensler, David Hampson, and Simon Fortune, it will also include some non original tracks.

Estel Vilar says “We will do the second public sharing of part of the project on June 15th in the frame of a global dance project to raise water environmental issues. And we will perform it on the 21st and 23rd of June at the Cool Docks at from 7pm to 8:30 during the Fete de la Musique.”

“Drought” is a drama in a sunny day with fresh breeze, a peaceful tragedy with kind tones.
